Districts 2025 Info Page


What is Districts: Districts is a weekend convention taking place Jan 10-12 in Green Bay for grades 9-12. This convention is for the youth of Wisconsin to strengthen their relationship with God and their peers. Districts is a great opportunity for finding answers to the questions that face this generation through the many workshops and seeing they are not alone in a sea of other young believers. 

Cost: $125. This will cover registration and pre ordered meals. Please have money in by December 4th. We will be stopping for  a meal at Culver’s on the return trip. This cost is not included. Please make any checks out to Sheldon Church of Christ.

Transportation: We will be taking 2-3 vehicles. We will be meeting at Sheldon Church of Christ at 8 am  to leave. (please eat lunch before) We will be back to Sheldon on Sunday usually between 4-5pm. We will call ahead to let you know our ETA.

Hotel:  We will be staying at the downtown Quality Inn in Green Bay.

Other Money Needed:  Money for snacks for the weekend as we will stop at convenience stores throughout the weekend and late-night Kwik Trip snack Saturday night. Also, there is merchandise (shirts, hats, etc.) available at the conference for purchase.  

Parental Consent Form:  We need one filled out and signed. Please take a picture of it as a backup as weird things happen when you give a student a piece of paper! If you don’t have one, please contact Evan Dixon or Cassi Giwojna. 

Medications:  We cannot have the students carry medication (Over the counter or Prescription) with them. We will have ibuprofen and Tylenol if it is needed. Please give all medications to Evan with any special instructions written down.

What to Bring:  

  • Snacks and drinks for the Hotel and road trip. There will be fridges in the rooms. Feel free to bring some to share. 

  • Please keep in mind that some students may need to sleep on the floor or cot. That being said, make sure students have appropriate bedding. (pillow, sleeping bag, blanket, etc.)

  • Appropriate Clothing: Please be modest and bring clothes that cover more than reveal which includes swimsuits (please, no 2 piece). Please choose clothing that has positive themes and content.

  • A Bible, notebook and pen especially on Saturday. Small bag/backpack

  • A Great Attitude!
