- Welcoming Hospitality – Sheldon Church of Christ is open to everyone, and will make sure that our guests are warmly welcomed and feel comfortable and relaxed.
- Relevant Bible teaching – Our teachers are dedicated to teaching and preaching the Bible in creative ways to enable each person to understand and apply God’s Word to our daily lives.
- Sharing Communion Each Week – Sheldon Church of Christ participates in The Lord’s Supper (Communion) each week. You do not have to be a member of our church to take part. If you are a follower of Jesus Christ you are welcome to share in this simple yet meaningful, meal. As the communion is passed, take and eat the bread and drink the cup and then return the empty cup to the tray.
- Comfortable Dress – Sheldon Church of Christ balances the formality of gathering to be with God with the informality of God’s ‘come as you are’ heart.
- Child Friendly - Sheldon Church of Christ provides a place that your children will enjoy. We have a staffed nursery for infants to toddlers. We also have Children’s Church available to children ages 4-8 during the sermon. And if you prefer to have your children with you during the entire service, we have activity bags that consist of coloring pages, stickers, stencils, and a snack.
